Adam has been at the forefront of city and suburban office development for over 35 years.
With a background involving funds management, development and construction across all asset classes Australia-wide, Adam brings oversight and his wealth of experience to all projects under the Omnico banner.
Saul Ryan
Saul maintains a focus on the long-term strategic growth of the Omnico Group and has driven numerous developments in Melbourne’s activity centres. He is involved in all aspects of the business, from acquisition and planning through to funding and execution. Saul joined Omnico after practicing law and completing an MBA at AGSM, he is also chair of bestchance Child and Family care network.
Alex McHarg
Alex is a licenced real estate agent and director of Omnico Property Services. He works closely with our select team of project consultants and builders to deliver developments on time and on budget.
He is primarily responsible for sale and leasing of properties owned by, and under management of, the Omnico Group.
